1.2. In order to be returned, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
2. Initiating the Return Process
2.1. Please contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to initiate the return process.
2.2. Stick the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.
3.3. We recommend sending return shipments insured as they may be lost. Receipt of uninsured shipments is not guaranteed.
4. Return Process

4.2. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
